PermitPlace is a Canadian construction-data feed for trade subcontractors and suppliers. It ingests building permits daily from eight municipal open-data portals and the federal procurement marketplace, then turns them into named, contactable leads.

What we do
Every working day the pipeline pulls newly issued building permits and development applications from each city's open-data portal, classifies them by trade, and matches them against public builder registries to attach a named company and a verified contact. Subscribers get the slice that matches their trade and city.
Contact information is collated from public registries and re-verified on a rolling schedule. Permit data is sourced under each city's respective open-government licence. PermitPlace is not affiliated with any municipal authority, HCRA, or BC Housing.
